Sanny Singh Honoured with ‘Young Achiever Award – Hospitality Service Excellence 2026’

Recognition for excellence in guest experience, front office operations and service leadership across India and the United States

 Mumbai : Young Indian hospitality professional Sanny Singh has been honoured with the prestigious “Young Achiever Award – Hospitaliy Service Excellence 2026” for his contributions to guest experience, front office operations, rooms division and service leadership across India and the United States.

The recognition highlights Sanny’s professional journey across leisure hospitality, luxury hotels and international retail hospitality, reflecting his commitment to service quality, operational discipline and guest satisfaction.

Sanny began building his hospitality foundation at the Army Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Bengaluru, graduating in 2024. During his academic journey, he gained practical experience with Club Mahindra, where he worked in front office operations and guest handling and developed skills in customer communication and service coordination.

He subsequently joined ITC Grand Bharat as an Industrial Trainee in the Rooms Division. His responsibilities included supporting front office operations, guest check-in and check-out, reservations, room inspections, linen inventory and coordination with housekeeping teams. The experience provided him with exposure to the operational standards associated with luxury hospitality.

In September 2024, Sanny expanded his professional experience internationally by joining Paris Baguette in the United States as a Sales Trainee. His responsibilities included sales operations, customer service, POS management and product recommendations. His performance and dedication led to his promotion to Floor Supervisor in October 2025.

In his current role, Sanny is involved in training new employees, maintaining service standards and coordinating day-to-day team operations. His career progression has enabled him to develop leadership skills while working in a multicultural environment.

Alongside his professional responsibilities, Sanny is pursuing a Master’s in Hospitality Management at Alliant International University, Los Angeles. He has also completed professional certifications in Google Data Analytics and Project Management, complementing his hospitality experience with data-driven and operational management skills.

His professional experience includes guest experience management, front office and reservations operations, rooms division coordination, upselling, team training and service-standard implementation. His ability to work across different hospitality formats in India and the United States has contributed to his growing professional profile.

Speaking after receiving the award, Sanny Singh said, “Hospitality, for me, has always been about people. It is about making every guest feel welcomed, valued and cared for, whether they are checking into a five-star hotel or stopping in for a morning coffee.”

He further emphasised the importance of combining human warmth with technology and data-driven operations to understand guest expectations and create memorable experiences.
